Everything the Service outputs is for data research and informational purposes only. It does not constitute betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to act. We make no guarantee of accuracy and promise no hit rate; match outcomes are inherently uncertain. Any decision you make based on our content is entirely your own responsibility. We do not organise, participate in, or act as an agent for any gambling activity.
You may not: scrape or bulk-harvest content using crawlers, scripts or other automated means; redistribute, resell or commercially exploit our content; reverse engineer, penetration test or otherwise attack the Service; or circumvent paywalls and entitlement checks.
The interface design, analysis models, generated content and its arrangement belong to the operator. During your subscription you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them — not ownership.
We work to keep the Service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, third-party data source failures, model provider outages or force majeure is not a breach. Where prolonged unavailability is our fault, we may extend membership time as compensation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (including lost profits, lost data, or betting losses) arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability in any circumstance will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in advance in the app. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court at the operator's place of residence.
