Refund Policy

Payments and refunds are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record.

1. Overview

We sell a digital service, and entitlements take effect immediately after payment. Recognising the nature of digital goods, we offer the refund protection described below. Payments and refunds are executed by Creem acting as Merchant of Record.

2. When you can get a refund

• SVIP membership: within 14 days of purchase, if you have generated no more than 3 AI analyses, you may request a full refund.
• AI Analysis Packs: within 14 days of purchase, unused credits are refundable on a pro-rata basis.
• Duplicate charges: duplicate charges caused by a system fault are refunded in full, with no time limit.
• Entitlement never delivered: if payment succeeded but the entitlement was never granted and we cannot fix it, we refund in full.

3. When we cannot refund

• Orders older than 14 days.
• SVIP memberships where more than 3 analyses have been generated.
• Credits already consumed.
• Accounts banned for breaching the Terms of Service.
• Requests based on analyses being "inaccurate" or "not correct". We state explicitly that we guarantee no accuracy and promise no hit rate; the content of an analysis is not by itself grounds for a refund.

4. How to request

Email admin@tata.best with your order number and the reason. We respond within 5 business days. Once approved, Creem returns the funds to your original payment method; arrival depends on your card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days.

5. Effect on entitlements

After a refund is processed, the corresponding membership time or credits are deducted from your account.

6. About chargebacks

If you have a question about a charge, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback directly with your bank results in immediate account suspension and costs us additional fees from the payment provider. Almost every issue is resolved faster over email.
